Book now, pay later: you'll receive the invoice after your event — and we only bill the number of participants who actually took part.

Available for business customers with a booking value of €500 or more.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 10 days before the event.
Within 10 days of the event, rescheduling costs a €75 fee.
For cancellations within 10 days of the event, we refund 50% of the total amount.
